Improving Lifeline's services for people who call regularly

Lifeline is committed to improving our service for all help seekers. We are currently exploring the experience for people who have called Lifeline regularly for support (around 16 or more times per month).

If you have had this experience, we would love to hear from you. We are keen to learn what it was like when you called, how it met your needs and if anything could have been improved. There are a few ways to get involved:

  • An online survey, open until 15 April
  • Have a phone call with one of the team, between 8-19 April
  • Attend a focus group session with other people who have called Lifeline, 17 April 1-2.30pm AEST

You can choose which way you want to participate by clicking on the Get Involved button.
