Please be advised that compliments may be used and published by Lifeline to promote Lifeline services and encourage help-seeking behaviour. No personal or identifying information will be used. If you do not want your compliment to be published please let us know.
Please note, we cannot provide crisis support via the feedback and enquiries forms, if you need support, please call 13 11 14. If life is in danger, call 000.
Enquiries are monitored during business hours only, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
