Lifeline Voices

We’re launching a new initiative. We are inviting people like yourself to give feedback and ideas about Lifeline or share your mental health and wellbeing experiences to help us improve. We want to make sure all our services are helpful to the people who use them and those who could benefit in the future.

Who can be involved?

We’re looking for a broad range of experiences. Whether you’ve experienced crisis, suicidality, emotional distress or something else we’d love to hear from you.

If you have any of the following, we would love you to consider becoming a Lifeline Voice:

  • Experience of mental health challenges
  • Knowledge gained from your wellbeing journey that you would like to share
  • Experiences accessing mental health supports, or thinking about doing so
  • Previous experience (positive or negative) with Lifeline, through phone or chat crisis support or our website
  • Experience of something Lifeline related that you’d like to give feedback on

How could my participation contribute?

Our services touch the lives of millions of Australians. Your experiences have the potential to create lasting change.

The valuable contributions you share will be used to shape the design of Lifeline's services and help us to understand where we can improve the support we offer, and how we offer it.
