Events

Lifeline has a variety of events you can get involved with throughout the year. Your support will raise important funds to help provide critical support and suicide prevention services for Australians in need. Check out our events below!

RUN THE TAN

Join this iconic Melbourne event on Sunday, 27th April and support Lifeline to ensure no person must face their toughest moments alone.

Now in its 5th year, this event has become a flagship on Australia’s running calendar! Every dollar you raise can make a difference.

THE PUSH UP CHALLENGE

The Push Up Challenge is back in 2025!

From Wednesday, 4th June – Thursday, 26th June we will be pushing for better, together.

Challenge yourself to complete 3,139 push-ups during this time or choose your own goal!

When you support Lifeline, your fundraising will support our critical support services, ensuring they are accessible to anyone who needs them – anytime, anywhere and in the way those who need support feel most comfortable whether that be phone, text, chat or our support toolkit.

Plus, it's a great way to get fit and have fun. So why not challenge your workplace, family and friends this June! Reach out to us via the button below to learn more.

OUT OF THE SHADOWS WALK

Each year, we come together on World Suicide Prevention Day (10 September) to walk 9kms to remember the 9 lives lost to suicide each day in Australia. You can walk to remember a loved one, as a personal tribute for a friend or family member, or to show your support for Australians experiencing emotional distress or mental illness.

In 2024, our amazing community raised more than $2.4million for crisis support and suicide prevention services to help save lives.

Express your interest today to join Out of The Shadows in 2025. Together, we can ensure that no one must face their darkest moments alone.
